I am an owner operated business providing residential and commercial real estate services in Bloomington and the surrounding areas.
I have been a realtor since 2005. Prior to my real estate career, I was a corporate restaurant manager and managed restaurants in the San Francisco area, St. Louis and Indianapolis. While in Indy, I started my own coffee roasting and cafe called White River Coffee Co. in the Mass Ave area. We moved the restaurant to Bloomington in 92, and after 5 years we spun off the coffee business and I opened Tortilla Flat. I eventually bought a 3 way liquor license and the building, and in 2005 closed the restaurant and sold the building and license. Since coming to Bloomington, I have been very involved in the community and have served on the boards of LifeDesigns, the Board of Realtors, they YMCA, and am currently serving on the Board of CASA. During my time with LifeDesigns we built almost 20 million dollars worth of affordable housing projects.
I use a professional photographer and provide floor plans as well as photos and video tours. I employ the services of a professional stager and decorator to insure your home or commercial space is shown in the best light. I will provide information on comparative properties to help you price your home.
