Since becoming a member of the Bloomington Board of Realtors, it’s been my privilege to have negotiated more than 2500 successfully closed transactions, ranking among the area’s top 10 brokers for more than 20 years. I’ve been honored to receive peer awards from the BBOR, including Realtor of the Year in 2013, Above & Beyond Award in 2015, and Distinguished Service Award in 2021.
My business has thrived from referrals from past clients. In turn, I’ve had the opportunity to support numerous community associations. I serve on the Advisory Council for Sycamore Land Trust and increased my construction knowledge while working with Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Crew for 9 years. I’ve proudly underwritten WFHB Community Radio, the Lotus World Music & Arts Festival, & New Hope Shelter for Families, among other local causes.
My talented husband, Kurt Larsen and I have purchased and rehabbed 15 properties in the past 38 years, honing a qualified list of contractors we’re happy to share with our clients. Our son, Sam, shares our fondness for music and nature. We appreciate the many natural splendors of the area and the benefits of living in a diverse, creative and supportive community.
